Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services is seeking an HVAC Technician to perform preventative, corrective and predictive maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC systems. You will troubleshoot ACUs, AHUs, heat pumps, VAVs, and related equipment, while adhering to safety standards and maintaining accurate service logs.

The ideal candidate will have an HVAC certificate or license, EPA Universal Refrigeration License, a valid driver’s license, and may benefit from bilingual Spanish skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with HVAC credentials.
• EPA Universal Refrigeration License required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, corrective and predictive maintenance on HVACR systems.
• Read and interpret sequences of operation, schematics and manuals for efficient service.
• Monitor and operate HVAC equipment; test, troubleshoot and document readings.
• Maintain logs, tools, and parts; ensure safe working conditions and housekeeping.
