You will work on large facilities, troubleshoot complex HVAC systems, and perform preventive maintenance to keep critical buildings running.

The role includes using Mobile-Tech for work orders, receiving structured training, and opportunities to advance from junior to lead positions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial and commercial HVAC maintenance, service, and repair.
• Must possess a universal EPA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical school or associate degree in HVAC technology preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostics skills.

• Perform maintenance that prevents failures, not just reacts to them
• Work with experienced technicians who will help you sharpen your craft
• Document your work activities using cutting-edge software and technology (Mobile-Tech) for completing work orders, maintenance checklist and daily time sheets so your skills are visible and recognized
