Engineered Cooling Services in Pelham, AL is seeking an experienced Industrial Facilities HVAC Technician to join a team that values growth and hands-on problem solving. You will work on large facilities, troubleshoot complex HVAC systems, and perform preventive maintenance to keep critical buildings running.

The role includes using Mobile-Tech for work orders, receiving structured training, and opportunities to advance from junior to lead positions.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in industrial and commercial HVAC maintenance, service, and repair.
• Must possess a universal EPA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical school or associate degree in HVAC technology preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostics skills.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical school or associate degree in HVAC technology preferred
• 5 or more years of experience in industrial and commercial HVAC maintenance, service, and repair.
• Must possess a universal EPA certification
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and maintenance practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC building systems
• Basic computer skills
• Have and maintain a professional image
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
