Job summary

FirstCall Mechanical is seeking an experienced Seasoned Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join the C2H Team in Birmingham, AL. The role requires a can-do attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and an active EPA Certification.

This position reports to the local Service Manager and involves diagnosing and servicing chillers, boilers, pumps, air handlers, and building automation systems while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining preventative maintenance schedules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a commercial HVAC setting.
• Active EPA Certification.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• OSHA 10 Certification.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems in HVAC systems and determine repair or replacement needs.
• Operate and diagnose internal equipment controls and building automation systems.
• Perform maintenance, service repairs, and install/replace components as required.
• Provide elite customer service on every call.
• Maintain relationships with clients of all sizes.
