Job summary

SPX Technologies is seeking a Product Manager for its Electric Heat and Industrial Heating Portfolio. You will lead product planning and product marketing for new and existing products, ensuring the portfolio meets market needs and drives profitability throughout the lifecycle.

Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to define requirements, develop technical collateral, and execute in-market strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in product management/brand management/market management or engineering management.
• Experience in the industrial process industry is preferred.
• Strong ability to manage multi-channel and diverse end-market pricing strategies.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage change.

Responsibilities

• Lead product planning and product marketing for industrial portfolio.
• Develop product strategy, lifecycle management, and market materials.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and regulatory teams.
• Create roadmaps, manage NPIs/VAVE, and launch plans.
