Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to originate, sell, and deliver client programs that identify and scale growth opportunities in the Industrials sector. You will lead strategic initiatives, drive KPI-driven programs, and guide market entry plans.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy consulting or related fields within Industrials (Automotive, Manufacturing, Logistics).
• Experience in consulting engagements with measurable impact.
• Track record in customer/market insight, concept validation, and scaling new propositions.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Originate c-suite level work within the Industrials sector and partner across strategy and CX practices.
• Define growth priorities aligned to customer needs and market shifts.
• Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify high-value opportunities via insight, market analysis, and competitive scanning.
• Size growth opportunities using data sources like surveys and market intelligence.
• Test and validate concepts with evidence and go-to-market roadmaps for senior leaders.
• Prioritize initiatives based on evidence, impact, and scalability.
• Guide go-to-market and scaling strategies for validated opportunities.
• Mentor team members to strengthen strategic and advisory capabilities.
