• Track record in customer and market insight, concept validation, and scaling new propositions.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Originate c-suite level work within the Industrials sector, partnering across strategy and customer experience practices.
• Partner with client executives to define growth priorities aligned to customer needs and market shifts.
• Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Lead cross-functional teams in identifying high-value opportunities through insights, market analysis, and competitive scanning.
