Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or product/service design and launch within the Industrials space (Automotive, Manufacturing, Logistics).
• MBA or advanced degree in innovation, strategy, or related field a plus.
• Proven experience in consulting engagements with measurable impact.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Originate, sell, and deliver client programs that identify, validate, and scale new customer-led growth opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage senior client relationships across Industrials clients.
• Develop growth roadmaps using evidence, market analysis, and financial modeling.
• Guide go-to-market and scaling strategies for validated opportunities.
