Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• EPC business development experience in industrial markets with demonstrated client relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• MBA, MS or MA degree beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client engagement for multiple major industrial clients in the U.S.
• Develop and maintain high-value relationships with industrial clients.
• Grow market share by partnering with senior project managers and key technical specialists.
• Collaborate with the technology group to stay at the forefront of tools that improve project delivery.
• Implement short- and long-term strategies that drive growth and profitability.
