Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1–2 years in a field technician role with compression experience.
• 3+ total years in compression/production/equipment related work.
• Preferred certifications: CAT, Waukesha, Ariel.

Responsibilities

• Directs and performs operations on compressor packages and gas processes.
• Troubleshoots repairs and supports major equipment overhauls.
• Manages parts inventory with supply chain for availability.
• Maintains 98%+ mechanical availability of equipment.
• Attends HSE meetings and follows safety protocols.
• Provides 24/7 coverage and supports on-call rotations.
• Builds and maintains customer relationships.
