Job summary

Herc-U-Lift, Inc. is seeking a Field Territory Sales Representative to grow industrial forklift sales within a defined territory. You will develop strategies for new, used, and rental sales, and act as the primary liaison with several customer accounts to build lasting relationships.

The role emphasizes driving growth by understanding customer needs, analyzing fleet metrics, and coordinating with service teams to secure renewals and expansions. Local travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining client relationships in a sales role.
• Ability to analyze fleet metrics and communicate outcomes.
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Proficient in CRM usage and pipeline management.
• Willingness to reside in the assigned territory and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop new, used and rental sales strategies within the territory.
• Be the main contact between the company and multiple accounts for forklifts and equipment.
• Maintain regular communication with customers through meetings and visits.
• Drive growth and retention by understanding customer needs and outcomes.
• Research accounts and pursue sales leads; communicate reviews with metrics.
• Collaborate with Service and CS to support renewals and expansions.
• Attend meetings, events, and training to stay current with products.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
