Job summary

Advanced Technology Services (ATS) is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform break-fix and preventive maintenance in a factory setting in Indianapolis, Indiana. You will observe equipment, troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and fluid power systems, and perform repairs or part replacements to keep processes running smoothly.

With a focus on safety and reliability, you will document work, follow customer procedures, and collaborate with customer counterparts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 5–7 years of related maintenance experience or an Associates degree with technical focus.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and specialized maintenance tools as appropriate.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical and fluid power systems; able to analyze problems and perform repairs.
• Experience with preventative maintenance techniques and precision measuring.

Responsibilities

• Perform break-fix & preventive maintenance on equipment in a factory setting.
• Identify parts, supplies and repair items for maintenance work.
• Troubleshoot electrical circuitry and mechanical systems to determine root cause.
• Work with customer counterparts to execute maintenance procedures.
• Document work performed in service reports and management systems.
• Follow safety policies and participate in on-the-job training and career development.
