Job summary

Advanced Technology Services (ATS) is seeking a skilled technician to perform mid to expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance across plant equipment in a manufacturing setting. The role includes diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and control systems and using hand and specialized tools to repair or replace defective parts.

The successful candidate will maintain CMMS records, participate in continuous improvement activities, travel as needed, and adhere to safety and 5S standards.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with a Technical focus or 3+ years of related experience in general industry; or 5 years of related experience in general industry or completion of ATS Technician Progression Program.
• Understands electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems and can analyze problems and perform repairs.
• Must be able to use basic hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Perform mid to expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance on plant equipment.
• Identify and source parts, supplies and repair items as necessary.
• Maintain records and review CMMS history; follow safety and 5S standards.
