Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical associate degree or 5+ years relevant experience; or 7 years in industry.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and specialized tools.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical and fluid power systems; able to analyze problems and repair.
• Experience in preventative maintenance, precision measuring, alignments, and maintaining process equipment.
• Exposure to PLCs, field devices, and motor systems.
• Demonstrates personal discipline and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform break-fix and preventative maintenance; troubleshoot electrical/mechanical systems.
• Identify parts, supplies, and parts for repairs.
• Set up and operate machining tools (lathe, drill press, grinder); welding when required.
• Follow safety policies and customer codes; document work in reports.
• Work with customer counterparts to execute maintenance procedures.
• Complete on-the-job training and pursue career development.
