Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical discipline is highly preferred.
• Experience installing, repairing, or servicing processor-controlled equipment.
• 5+ years of relevant field service or electromechanical repair experience preferred.
• Customer-facing or field service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Solve on-site mechanical, electrical, and software issues during visits.
• Perform calibrations and preventive maintenance on weighing and packaging equipment.
• Install and configure equipment, including networked devices.
• Document all service activity and close work orders promptly.
• Travel within the service territory and participate in on-call rotations.
