Job summary

Sagent LLC seeks a Field Service Technician to service commercial equipment in retail environments from Phoenix, AZ. You will perform calibrations, maintenance, and installations, traveling within a defined territory and sometimes nationwide.

Strong customer-facing skills and mechanical/electrical problem-solving are essential. The role requires an associate degree in a technical field, plus experience with processor-controlled equipment and PC-based systems.

Qualifications

Associate degree in technical discipline or equivalent required/preferred.
Experience installing, repairing, or servicing processor-controlled or PC-based equipment.
Five or more years of relevant engineering, electronics, instrumentation, IT, or electromechanical repair preferred.
Customer-facing or field service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform on-site repairs, installations, calibrations, and preventative maintenance on customer equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, software, and PC-based issues; perform module-level diagnostics.
Configure, network, and troubleshoot wired and wireless devices.
Communicate findings and next steps clearly to customers; document service activity.
