Advanced Technology Services (ATS) is a maintenance partner focused on keeping factories running smoothly across the United States, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. The role involves diagnosing equipment issues, performing repairs, and executing preventative maintenance in demanding industrial environments.

Qualified candidates will have a technical background (GED/Associate degree or equivalent with 5+ years in the industry) and be proficient with tools, PLCs, and fluid power systems.

Qualifications

• GED or higher.
• Technical Associate degree +5 years in the industry or 7 years of related experience.
• Must be able to use basic hand tools and specialized tools.
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and fluid power systems; able to analyze problems and perform repairs.
• Experience in preventative maintenance, precision measuring, mechanical alignments, and maintenance of process equipment.
• Exposure to programmable logic controllers, field devices, and electrical drive and motor systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform competent break-fix and preventative maintenance.
• Identify parts, supplies and repair items as necessary for equipment maintenance and repair.
• Work with customer counterparts to execute maintenance, reliability, and preventative maintenance procedures.
• Set up and operate machining operations (lathe, drill press, grinder) and perform welding as needed.
• Document work performed in service reports and management systems.
