Job summary

Advanced Technology Services (ATS) is a US-based industrial maintenance provider seeking skilled technicians to support factory facilities. Responsibilities include break-fix and preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repair across electrical, mechanical, and fluid power systems.

Candidates should have an associates degree or equivalent experience, with strong tool usage, PLC exposure, and a disciplined safety mindset.

Qualifications

High School Graduate or equivalent (GED).
Associates degree with a Technical focus and 5 years of related experience in specific industry; or, 7 years of experience in specific industry.
Must be able to use basic hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate.
Possesses working knowledge and experience regarding electrical, mechanical, and fluid power systems in related fields. Can analyze the problems, synthesize alternative solutions, and perform repairs
Experience in preventative maintenance techniques, precision measuring, mechanical alignments, and general maintenance of applicable process equipment.
Exposure to programmable logic controllers, field devices, and electrical drive and motor systems.

Responsibilities

Perform break-fix and preventative maintenance on equipment.
Identify parts, supplies and repair items needed for maintenance.
Follow maintenance procedures with minimal supervision.
Collaborate with customer counterparts on maintenance and reliability tasks.
Set up and operate machining operations (lathe, drill press, grinder) and perform welding when needed.
Adhere to codes of conduct, housekeeping, safety processes.
Document work in service reports and management systems.
Troubleshoot and analyze equipment in industrial control systems.
Apply electrical, mechanical, and fluid power knowledge to repairs.
Complete on-the-job training and pursue career development.
Follow safety policies and identify unsafe conditions.
