Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Service Technician in Tulsa, OK. You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain rotary screw and reciprocating air compressors and related components at customer sites.

This role requires hands-on mechanical skills, safety-consciousness, and the ability to document service work clearly. The position includes an on-call rotation and occasional travel, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience troubleshooting industrial/commercial mechanical systems.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience of compressed air systems/centrifugal technologies/solid controls background
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain air compressors and related components at customers' sites.
• Use precision measuring tools for diagnostics.
• Provide technical advice and training to customers and sales staff.
• Submit clear reports and records to the manufacturing facility.
• Maintain professional integrity in business practices.
• Communicate clearly about service work in writing and verbally.
• Prepare detailed expense reports and timecards weekly.
• Manage company car usage and financial records as required.
