Job summary

Advanced Technology Services (ATS) is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform mid-to-expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance across industrial equipment. You will identify parts, set up machining operations, and support CI initiatives while adhering to 5S and safety standards.

The role requires strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, fluid power, and control systems, with the ability to use both basic and specialized tools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree with a technical focus; 3 years related experience, or 5 years in general industry.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems.
• Ability to use basic and specialized hand tools.
• May be required to travel.

Responsibilities

• Performs mid to expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance.
• Identifies and sources parts, supplies and repair items as needed.
• Sets up and operates machining operations; may weld.
• Complies with 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Drives and participates in CI activities and cost savings.
• Updates CMMS history and records.
• Troubleshoots control systems and analyzes hardware/software issues.
• Uses predictive maintenance technologies to collect data.
• Mentors lower-level technicians and assists leadership.
• Completes on-the-job and technical self-study programs.
