Job summary

Qualifications
- GED or high school diploma required.
- Associates degree with technical focus and 12 years related experience; or 15 years in industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power, and control systems.
- Experience with basic hand tools, specialized tools, and programming software.
Responsibilities
- Performs expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance across equipment.
- Identifies and sources parts; evaluates alternatives to improve cost/reliability.
- Independently maintains equipment per industry standards; creates standards/instructions.
- Directs customer counterparts in maintenance optimization and reliability efforts.
- Operates multiple machining tasks and may perform welding as needed.
- Documents work in service reports and manuals; supports automation upgrades.
