Job summary

Advanced Technology Services is seeking a seasoned Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing clients in Wichita, KS. You will perform expert break-fix and preventative maintenance, troubleshoot complex control systems, and ensure equipment reliability across facilities.

Travel is extensive, and you will work with cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance procedures, document performance data, and mentor junior technicians while maintaining strict safety standards.

Qualifications

HS diploma or GED.
Associates degree with technical focus or 12+ years in the industry.
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems.
Able to travel locally and nationally.
Experience with PLCs and motor systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Perform expert level break-fix and preventive maintenance.
Identify and source parts, supplies and repair items; evaluate alternatives to improve cost/reliability.
Independently perform maintenance per industry standards; train and mentor junior technicians.
Document work in service reports and data systems.
Follow safety policies and procedures; maintain a safe working environment.
