Snap-on is seeking a Sales Representative to sell directly to industrial corporations, leveraging our broad product portfolio on the shop floor or in the field.

This commission-driven role offers a base expense reimbursement and a strong earning potential, with annual compensation generally ranging from $65,000 to $100,000, plus additional quarterly and annual bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. Local candidates are encouraged to apply in Michigan.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of outside sales experience required.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Bachelor or Associate degree preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Present solutions on the shop floor or in the field.
• Develop and maintain a Customer Contact and Activity Database for assigned accounts.
• Review customer activities quarterly with Team Leader or Sales Manager and strategize ways to maximize sales.
