Snap-on is seeking a Sales Representative to sell directly to industrial corporations across the United States. You will leverage Snap-on's product breadth and provide tailored solutions, building lasting partnerships on the shop floor and in the field.

This fully commission-based role offers base salary, commissions, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, 401(k), vacation and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of goal achievement and customer growth.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must hold and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs and leverage Snap-on products to create tailored solutions.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers.
• Present solutions on the shop floor or in the field.
• Maintain a Customer Contact and Activity Database for assigned accounts.
