Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving goals and growing customer base.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to present to all levels within an organization.
• Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license with an impeccable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work intently with business partners to understand their needs and leverage the broad range of Snap-on product offerings to develop solutions unique to the situation.
• Build and enhance relationships with key business partner decision-makers.
• Present our solutions on the shop floor or in the field.
• Develop and maintain a Customer Contact and Activity Database for assigned accounts.
• Review customer activities at least quarterly with the Team Leader or Sales Manager and strategize ways to maximize sales volumes or grow the territory.
