Job summary

MasTec Industrial seeks a General Foreman to supervise construction trades, coordinate crews, and manage job costs. The role involves direct field supervision and potential hands-on trades work as needed.

You will enforce safety standards, submit records, and ensure equipment readiness while supporting project execution and budgeting efforts across our sites. 50-hour weeks and wide travel are expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• NCCER Certification/License (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Enforce strict safety discipline on the jobsite per Phoenix policies and project requirements.
• Prepare and submit time records to the office per Phoenix procedures.
• Select tools and major equipment; ensure Phoenix ownership and maintenance.
• Act as liaison with Field Superintendent; provide hours, materials, and resources calculations.
• Coordinate, direct and lead workers; assign work using data on requirements.
• Regularly communicate with maintenance about repairs on major equipment.
