Job summary

The position requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to travel up to 90% to project sites. NCCER certification is preferred and prior supervisory experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MIC health and safety programs and project regulations.
• Regular participation in toolbox meetings with crews and subcontractors.
• Understanding of construction methods and project execution.
• Experience training and guiding field employees.
• Able to work in a team with cooperative spirit and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety discipline and project requirements on site.
• Prepare and submit time records per procedures and schedules.
• Coordinate, direct and lead workers in construction activities.
• Act as liaison with Field Superintendent and provide resource calculations.
• Perform regular safety inspections and document findings.
