Job summary

MasTec, Inc. is seeking a seasoned construction supervisor for its Clean Energy & Infrastructure Group. You will oversee daily craft activities, read blueprints, plan layouts, and ensure safety and quality while coordinating materials and equipment across sites.

The role requires supervising six or more workers, traveling to jobsites as needed, and mentoring crew members to improve efficiency and outcomes. Competitive hourly compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Seven years’ experience/knowledge in a supervisory role.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Read blueprints skillfully.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of craft workers and coordinate a crew of six or more.
• Plan daily activities and preplan to meet job schedule.
• Monitor quality control and safety practices on site.
• Coordinate materials delivery and equipment needs.
• Complete ESRs for changes in job status and conduct performance reviews.
• Travel to different jobsites on short notice.
