MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure is seeking a seasoned Construction Field Supervisor to directly plan, supervise, and participate in activities of construction. You will oversee trade workers, manage job cost accounting, and perform supervisory tasks alongside the crew.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with 5 years in construction, strong safety leadership, and effective communication. Compensation is $40/hour, with comprehensive benefits, retirement options, and opportunities

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of construction field experience.
• Ability to write and communicate via email and written correspondence.
• Ability to communicate in client meetings and crew meetings.
• Basic computer skills for spreadsheet, word processing, and email.

Responsibilities

• Enforce discipline on jobsite and uphold safety standards.
• Prepare time records and productivity reports for onsite management.
• Plan tasks, select tools, and coordinate with management for procurement.
• Direct and supervise crew, ensuring schedule, safety, and quality.
