• High school diploma or equivalent with 9+ years field construction experience.
• Associate or Bachelor degree with related construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate field operations with the site construction lead on scheduling, daily/quality reports, and communication with subcontractors.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and conformance with drawings.
• Maintain schedule adherence and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily and Quality Inspection Reports for review and record keeping.
• Capture progress photos and label them for documentation.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports and ensure latest design drawings are used.
• Support PM as needed and coordinate trade/subcontractor activities.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments in collaboration with the PM.
• Maintain clear, professional correspondence with project management and clients.
• Keep on-site records per CDM Smith document control requirements.
• Comply with Quality Policy and Quality Systems Work Instructions.

Education

High school diploma and 9 years relevant experience

Associate degree + 6 years relevant experience

Bachelor's degree + 3 years relevant experience
