Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience.

• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to present to all levels within an organization.
• Must hold and maintain a valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Understand partners' business needs and tailor Snap-on solutions.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers.
• Present solutions on the shop floor or in the field.
• Develop and maintain a customer contact and activity database.
• Quarterly reviews with Team Leader or Sales Manager to maximize sales.
