Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions in Indiana seeks a hands-on maintenance professional to serve as the face of the company with tenants and clients. You will work with the property supervisor to keep building systems running smoothly, diagnose issues, and coordinate with third-party vendors.

The role requires experience in industrial/commercial facilities, strong troubleshooting across multiple trades, and a professional approach to tenant relations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on maintenance in industrial/commercial setting.
• Knowledge of fire systems, managing vendors, bidding projects, HVAC.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical college/certs.
• Valid Indiana driver's license; ability to travel to multiple properties.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to read schematics/engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assist tenants with repair requests and coordinate vendors.
• Perform maintenance tasks as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain tenant relations and support repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors to track project progress.
• Inspect HVAC and fire/life safety equipment; report issues.
• Update supervisor on work orders and assignments.
• Keep properties free of trash and debris.
• Replace lights and ceiling tiles; paint as needed.
• Communicate building and tenant issues to supervisor.
• Follow safety practices; complete OSHA trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
