Job summary

IBC Materials & Technologies, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment at our Indiana facility. The role requires 1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience, strong electrical knowledge (480V), and a mechanical mindset.

You will perform preventive and emergency repairs, read blueprints, and follow safety procedures. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, with trade-school certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Must have perfect attendance and a positive attitude.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
• Must have dexterity to handle small parts.
• Experience with electrical systems, specifically 480V, is required.
• Must be mechanically inclined and capable of reading blueprints.
• Clean driving record and ability to obtain a For-Hire license within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance within the production schedule.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform maintenance.
• Diagnose problems, replace/repair parts, test and adjust equipment as needed.
• Use hand/power tools, meters, and material handling equipment for duties.
• Report faults and unusual situations to Facilities Manager and supervisors.
• Rotate as on-call maintenance technician as assigned by Facilities Manager.
• Assist with transporting product as needed.
• Follow AS9100, OSHA, and company safety policies.
