Job summary

JobDiva, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician in Indianapolis to support a temperature-controlled facility. The role focuses on troubleshooting and maintaining automated manufacturing and material-handling equipment, with emphasis on PLC systems and electrical/mechanical reliability.

You will work closely with Operations to minimize downtime, support automation upgrades, and ensure safe, compliant operation of refrigeration and HVAC systems in a healthcare/logistics environment.

Qualifications

5–7+ years of industrial maintenance and/or automation experience.
Experience troubleshooting Allen-Bradley PLCs.
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with conveyors or material-handling systems.
Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated manufacturing and material-handling equipment.
Troubleshoot PLCs, conveyors, robotics, machinery, and electrical/mechanical systems.
Support installation, integration, relocation, and upgrades of automation equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
