Minimum 2 years of industrial or facilities maintenance experience, or equivalent certification.
Proficient in troubleshooting and repair of electrical, plumbing, sprinkler systems, and carpentry.
Familiarity with maintenance equipment and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Perform routine general maintenance and repairs throughout the warehouse, including doors and dock levelers.
Repair and adjust electrical components and systems to meet OSHA standards.
Maintain roofing, sprinkler, HVAC, and related office systems.
Inspect equipment and safety gear to ensure OSHA compliance.
Document preventive maintenance and test equipment performance with standard tools.
Keep tools and batteries in good condition and operate equipment safely.
Respond to on-call security alarms and adapt to flexible shifts.
Support external equipment maintenance and grounds tasks as needed.
