The role requires adherence to OSHA standards and safety practices in a cold storage environment. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in industrial maintenance, strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, plumbing, sprinklers, and carpentry, and familiarity with CMMS systems.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2 years of industrial or facilities maintenance experience, or equivalent certification.
Proficient in troubleshooting and repair of electrical, plumbing, sprinkler systems, and carpentry.
Knowledge of equipment used in maintenance trades.

Responsibilities

Perform routine general maintenance and repairs across warehouse areas (doors, dock levelers, freezer doors, roofing, HVAC).
Inspect and test operating equipment to ensure OSHA and operational standards compliance.
Maintain preventive maintenance records.
Operate hand and power tools safely and use instruments for performance testing.
Respond to security alarm calls and work flexible shifts as needed.
Perform duties related to snow removal, painting, and paving repairs.
