Job summary

DSJ Global seeks an experienced Infrastructure Manager to oversee facility, utilities and infrastructure maintenance in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for reliability, safety, and performance of critical plant systems while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of maintenance leadership in industrial manufacturing.
• Experience managing contractors and maintenance-related projects.
• Strong knowledge of industrial utility systems (water, pumps, compressed air, cooling, HVAC).
• Ability to develop preventive/predictive maintenance programs and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and optimization of plant infrastructure and utility systems.
• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Manage multi‑shift maintenance activities and staffing.
• Coordinate plant shutdowns and outages with internal teams and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
