Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing industrial facilities, infrastructure, or maintenance teams.
• Proven leadership of maintenance personnel and contractors.
• Experience managing budgets, service contracts, vendor performance, and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Develops infrastructure maintenance strategy focused on reliability and continuous improvement.
• Owns inventory accuracy in the warehouse and directs processes to maintain stocking levels.
• Oversees contractor qualification, safety oversight, and performance evaluation.
• Manages budgets and 3–5 year capital improvement plans; coordinates with Engineering and Projects.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
