Job summary

DSJ Global seeks a Maintenance Manager for a high-volume US production facility. You will lead maintenance teams, drive preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance, and collaborate with operations leadership to maximize uptime and safety.

You will troubleshoot across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems, leverage CMMS for planning and scheduling, and implement continuous improvements while coaching staff and managing budgets.

Qualifications

5+ years of maintenance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
Experience leading maintenance teams in a high-volume production setting.
Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance practices.
Experience utilizing CMMS systems for maintenance planning and asset management.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians and front-line leaders.
Drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
Manage daily maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of work orders.
Partner with operations, engineering, and leadership to improve equipment uptime and productivity.
Utilize CMMS to manage planning, scheduling, and asset performance.
Support troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to reliability, maintenance effectiveness, and cost control.
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and contractor relationships.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Coach and develop maintenance personnel and foster accountability and teamwork.
