DSJ Global is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a high-volume manufacturing facility in Council Bluffs, IA. You will lead a plant maintenance team, directing mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance while guiding reliability improvements and capital projects to maximize asset uptime.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will build a high-performing maintenance organization, drive safety, and collaborate with operations, engineering, and quality to meet production goals and manage costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years of maintenance leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and driving results.
• Strong knowledge of equipment reliability and preventive maintenance.
• Experience with SAP, CMMS, and other maintenance systems.
• Budget management and cost control experience.
• Knowledge of construction practices, building codes, regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead maintenance operations across mechanical, electrical, facilities.
• Develop reliability strategies to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
• Coordinate repair and installation activities to support production goals.
• Promote safety culture with lockout/tagout and electrical safety.
• Establish and monitor maintenance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage maintenance budgets and storeroom operations.
• Support capital planning and oversee equipment upgrades and major projects.
• Ensure environmental regulatory compliance.
• Oversee facility maintenance and infrastructure improvements.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, quality to improve plant performance.
• Analyze maintenance and production data to identify opportunities for efficiency.
