Job summary

Terminal Warehouse Company, LLC seeks a Maintenance Superintendent to lead routine maintenance and repairs of facilities and equipment. The role covers electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, mechanical, carpentry, landscaping, painting, and metal fabrication tasks, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

The MS will manage maintenance shop operations, inventories, and serve as the primary contact for contractors to ensure work stays within scope.

Qualifications

• Proven background in industrial repair/maintenance or a trade (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, welding, or mechanics).
• Ability to safely use a wide range of hand and power tools.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Experience operating powered industrial trucks and ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead routine maintenance and repairs of facilities and equipment across multiple trades.
• Coordinate with external contractors to ensure work is within scope and safety standards.
• Maintain clean, orderly maintenance shop areas and inventories of tools and supplies.
