Terminal Warehouse Company, LLC seeks a Maintenance Superintendent to lead routine maintenance and repairs of facilities and equipment. The role covers electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, mechanical, carpentry, landscaping, painting, and metal fabrication tasks, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

The MS will manage maintenance shop operations, inventories, and serve as the primary contact for contractors to ensure work stays within scope.

Qualifications

• Proven background in industrial repair/maintenance or a trade (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, welding, or mechanics).
• Ability to safely use a wide range of hand and power tools.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Experience operating powered industrial trucks and ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

Job Description

The Maintenance Superintendent (MS) is responsible for conducting routine maintenance and repairs to company facilities and equipment.This work might include general repairs and projects in the areas of electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, mechanical, carpentry, landscaping, painting, and metal fabrication.The MS is also responsible for maintaining all maintenance shop areas in a clean and orderly manner, including regular inventories of equipment, tools and supplies.The MS will serve as a primary point of contact for all contractors hired to perform repairs or maintenance on company facilities, ensuring they are performing tasks within their scope of work.
