Job summary

Herc Rentals is looking for a Territory Sales Representative in Williston, North Dakota. This role focuses on building and nurturing business relationships to drive revenue growth for the branch.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of sales experience in the industrial or heavy equipment industry. The compensation package includes a base salary plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of outside sales experience within the industrial market and/or heavy equipment industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily territory management and revenue growth through visits to customer job sites.
• Develop a networking list of potential clients and consistently contact them.
• Organize sales strategies to achieve results/goals.
• Maintain and exceed quotas by renting and selling equipment.
• Identify customer’s needs while understanding the market conditions.

Skills

Ability to drive/operate multiple types of vehicles and equipment

Ability to engage in natural verbal interaction with customers

Attention to detail

Multi-tasking individual with project management skills

Solid computer skills (MS Office preferred)

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Promotions, Advertising Sales or Business Administration
