Job summary

Trillium Staffing in Eugene, OR is seeking an Industrial Sales Territory Manager to drive growth across Central and Southern Oregon. This direct-hire role requires a hunter mentality and the ability to build a new book of business, reporting to the Branch Manager with frequent travel tied to sales meetings and prospecting.

Qualifications

• Industrial sales experience (capital equipment is a plus but not required).
• Experience with prospecting and building new business.
• Must have a current/valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and grow your territory within Central and Southern Oregon.
• Position reports directly to the Branch Manager.
• Meet and exceed your Branch Manager’s expectations.
• Frequent travel within the territory for sales meetings and prospecting, as well as periodic meetings at the Portland branch office.
