Job summary

Trillium Staffing is seeking an Industrial Sales Territory Manager for Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut. The role focuses on developing and growing a new book of business with a hunter mentality in an international company environment.

The Territory Manager will travel within the territory and report to the Branch Manager, with a compensation package including a base salary of $65-75,000 plus commission and bonuses. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales territory management.
• Experience with prospecting and building new business.
• Must have a current/valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Industrial sales or capital equipment sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and grow your territory.
• Position reports directly to the Branch Manager.
• Meet and exceed your Branch Manager’s expectations.
• Frequent travel within the territory for sales meetings and prospecting, as well as periodic meetings at the Boston branch office.
