Job summary

Toyota Lift Northwest is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to join our sales team, covering Salem and Eugene, Oregon. The BDR will source new business by cold calling, develop leads with senior Account Managers, and promote materials handling equipment.

The role is field-based with daily travel and opportunities to sell pallet trucks, catalog items, and rental equipment, while expanding relationships with existing customers within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 2 years sales experience or an equivalent combination.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to develop leads and interact with customers at various levels.

Responsibilities

• Make cold calls to identify new business opportunities (minimum 30 per day, 3 days a week).
• Generate sales leads via literature drops, mail, and campaigns.
• Maintain a prospective customer database and digitize contacts in Outlook.
