SWS Equipment seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across equipment, rentals, parts and service. You will develop new business, strengthen relationships with existing customers, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing in Western/Central Oregon.

The ideal candidate excels at identifying customer needs, delivering equipment and service solutions, and providing exceptional customer service while traveling within the territory.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales success in similar markets.
• Strong ability to manage an assigned territory and grow revenue.
• Experience using CRM systems to track opportunities and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share for equipment, rentals, parts, and service.
• Prospect, network, and close new business while servicing existing accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers across utility, telecommunications, hydro-excavation, commercial, and municipal markets.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and product demonstrations; manage negotiations through to close.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and report on pipeline and forecasts.
