Job summary

Contiweb LLC is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers and field service technicians, solving complex technical issues and helping get equipment back up and running quickly.

You will collaborate with Service, Engineering, Parts, and Field Service teams in the US and NL, interpret drawings, coordinate service activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of products and customer support processes.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in technical support, service coordination, or a similar technical role.
Experience with industrial machinery, printing equipment, or capital equipment.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a structured problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers and field service technicians via phone and email.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using documentation, diagrams, and BOMs.
Interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Coordinate field service schedules and provide logistical support.
Maintain accurate records of support cases and resolutions.
Participate in an on-call rotation outside regular hours.
Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement by sharing recurring solutions.
