Qualifications

• Mechanical or technical aptitude required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel to visit customers.
• Experience with industrial equipment or technical sales preferred.
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate into equipment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and sales opportunities from initial contact through order.
• Understand customer applications, materials, processes, capacity goals.
• Recommend Pulva equipment and solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow-up communication.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Work with engineering and manufacturing to develop solutions for more complex applications.
• Communicate equipment capabilities, specifications, options, and lead times to customers.
• Maintain accurate quotes, customer information, and sales activity in our ERP/CRM system.
• Participate in customer visits, equipment testing, trade shows, and occasional travel.
• Develop a strong working knowledge of Pulva equipment and the industries we serve.
