Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Process Pump Specialist to support industrial pump needs and drive growth in customer engagements. You will collaborate with Account Representatives to quote, engineer, and close product and solution sales for customers, including OEM accounts, while delivering technical product education.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED with 2+ years related experience.
• Sales experience with emphasis on new opportunities is expected.
• Knowledge of pump products and engineering basics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Representatives to identify, quote, engineer, and close product and solution sales.
• Independently pursue OEM accounts to identify, quote, engineer, and close product solutions.
• Provide technical support and educate customers, Account Representatives, and CSR's about pump products.
• Work with Branch Managers to plan business to reach sales goals.
• Coordinate vendor resources to support Account Representatives.
• Interact face-to-face with customers to build relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
